Day 2 of the 30 Day Book Challenge

I’m sorry I have hardly been posting anything lately it’s just tough with work and school but hopefully it’ll get better in the upcoming weeks. I also understand that by not posting everyday I’m sort of defeating the purpose of this challenge but I really want to answer these questions so I’m just going to do it my way 🙂

A book or series you wish more people were reading and talking about:

Easy by Tammara Webber

Synopsis from Goodreads:

Rescued by a stranger.
Haunted by a secret
Sometimes, love isn’t easy…

He watched her, but never knew her. Until thanks to a chance encounter, he became her savior…

The attraction between them was undeniable. Yet the past he’d worked so hard to overcome, and the future she’d put so much faith in, threatened to tear them apart.

Only together could they fight the pain and guilt, face the truth—and find the unexpected power of love.

Why More People Should Be Talking About This Book!:

So I’ve been freaking out about this book since I read it last year! I’ve been trying to figure out a way to work it into my blog! It’s amazing, fantastic, and every other possible synonym for you should read this!!! I know that the synopsis sounds a little cheesy but trust me it’s a great book!

There’s some pretty racy scenes but they’re all tastefully written. The chemistry between the two main characters, Jacqueline and Lucas, is to die for! There’s plenty of drama drama drama (in a great way!). I’m seriously so excited/freaking out that I can’t even think straight! That’s how good this book is!

Now as Amazing as I think this book is, it’s definitely not for everyone. Like I said before there’s some pretty racy scenes and mature content. The topic of rape is prominent throughout the book but also how to defend yourself.

This book is great for guys and girls given that it has a nice balance of romance and action. Well maybe a little bit more romance but not the mushy kind 😉

I honestly think that I love this book because it’s so real. The characters are all in college so I can totally relate with them. It also talks about things that can happen to any college student at a party.

I like that the author wasn’t afraid to talk about the tough topics. It doesn’t just talk about rape but also about what a person goes through afterward and how scary it might be to come forward and tell someone. So while the love story is great it also sends a very strong message about protecting yourself and doing the right thing no matter how hard it might be.
